2. Reporting Vulnerabilities
If you discover a security vulnerability in any STL Europe system or service, please report it to us immediately. We take all reports seriously and respond promptly.

- Include any relevant screenshots or logs
3. Disclosure Guidelines
We ask that security researchers follow these guidelines when reporting vulnerabilities:
- Confidentiality: Do not disclose the vulnerability to third parties before we have had reasonable time to address it
- Responsible Testing: Only test on systems you are authorised to test
- No Harm: Do not cause harm to our systems or users during testing
- No Exploitation: Do not exploit the vulnerability beyond what is necessary to demonstrate it
4. Our Commitment
When you report a security vulnerability, we commit to:
- Acknowledge receipt of your report within 48 hours
- Provide regular updates on our progress in addressing the vulnerability
- Work to resolve the vulnerability in a timely manner
- Recognise your contribution to our security efforts
5. Out of Scope
The following are considered out of scope for vulnerability reporting:
- Denial of Service (DoS) attacks
- Social engineering attempts
- Physical security vulnerabilities
- Third-party applications not operated by STL Europe
6. Legal Protection
STL Europe will not pursue legal action against security researchers who act in good faith and follow our responsible disclosure guidelines. We appreciate the valuable contribution of the security community to our security efforts.
